At Albert Unbox we want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. This page explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how long it takes to process.

Our free laptop calculator is and will always be free. This policy only applies to paid products: the Detailed AI Laptop Report ($4.99) and the Premium Laptop Pick Review by Albert ($25).

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the product you received, as long as the conditions below are met.

2. Detailed AI Laptop Report — $4.99

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The report was never delivered to your email or account.
  • The report contains a clear technical error (for example, broken file, missing content, or wrong specs).
  • You request the refund within 7 days of purchase.

Because the report is a digital product that is generated and delivered immediately, refund requests made simply because you changed your mind after reading it may be declined.

3. Premium Laptop Pick Review by Albert — $25

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Albert has not yet started working on your personal review.
  • We are unable to deliver your review within 7 business days of receiving your laptop options.
  • You request the refund within 7 days of purchase and before the review has been delivered.

Once Albert has personally reviewed your laptop options and sent the written recommendation, the service is considered fully delivered and the purchase is non-refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Send an email to support@albertunbox.com with:

  • The email address you used at checkout
  • The product you purchased
  • The date of purchase and your order or receipt number
  • A short note explaining the reason for the refund

5. Processing time

We review every refund request within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds are issued through our payment processor and typically arrive in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact us first. We will always try to make it right. Opening a chargeback without contacting support may delay your resolution.
